Terms & Conditions

 We strive to provide every customer with an enjoyable experience and top service so please take your time to read our terms and conditions.

Upon receipt of payment we deem that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 

Deposit, Payments and cancellation

Quick order cakes, cupcakes and cookies:  Orders must be pain in full through the online checkout system to secure your order and chosen date. If cancelled with 3 days notice a refund will be given minus a 10% admin fee. If canceled for any reason with less then 3 days notice no refund will be given. 

 

Custom Orders: There is a limited amount of booking slots available per week for custom orders. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your chosen date. This deposit will be calculated at 20% of the total quoted price of your order. The final balance is due in full 3 days prior to your pick up date. 

Cancellations/refunds: The original deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation your deposit will be forfeited and retained by us. If the order has been paid in full and canceled, you will be refunded that amount minus the 20% deposit. Orders must be cancelled at least 4 days prior to be eligible for a refund. If for what ever reason you cancel your order with less then 4 days notice, no refund will be given. 

 

Eligible refunds will be deposited into your nominated bank account supplied by you.

If in the event of an emergency or for any reason I am unable to fulfill or complete your order I will make contact immediately and a full refund will be given. 

Pick up's & Delivery

 Pick Ups: All orders are to be picked up from the Spatula & Spoon store at 13A Ross Place, Lawrence. Please stick to your chosen pick up time as the store may not always have someone present if you arrive outside of these times. If you are running late please let me know via txt message or phone call. On pick up you will be advised on the best storage recommendations for your order. Please ensure you are happy with your product on arrival. Once your cake has left our shop customers take full responsibility from there on.

Delivery's: Delivery times on website are estimated times only. We strive to stick to these times but please be mindful that depending on location the delivery time may differ slightly. Please ensure that someone is present to receive your order upon delivery as products will not be left unattended. If we arrive at the allocated address and there is nobody present we will attempt to call but please be mindful that we are trying to keep to delivery schedules and we cannot wait around. If  we cannot contact you, your order will be taken back to the bakery and you will be required to pick up from store. In this event there will be no refund of the delivery charge.

Gluten Free

We offer some gluten free options for those who are gluten intolerant. While we take the up-most care and precaution when creating and handling these products our kitchen is not gluten-free and we do create gluten products on a daily basis. Therefor we cannot 100% guarantee that these products will be suitable for those with severe gluten-intolerance or celiac.
